CRS Hospitality is Hiring a Regional Manager Near Champaign, IL
- Develop and implement food and beverage strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all locations meet company standards for quality, service, and profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to location managers and staff.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs for location managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Regional Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to travel within the designated region.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
